At the waterfront of the development will be the first two Marina Residential Condominiums, envisioned to be a place of slumber after an ocean adventure, just a few steps away from the Marina Club, coffee shops, and restaurants.

The development will also feature two towers of the first “Small Office – Home Office”. These SOHO units are ideal for transient businessmen. The site will also have a neighborhood mall, rentable spaces for BPOs, and a business hotel.
