A Window to Prosperity
Nueva Ecija traces its history as the “Rice Bowl of the Philippines” to the twentieth century, when immigrants from Ilocos and Tagalog regions converted the vast planes to productive rice fields. They brought prosperity to the region with Nueva Ecija becoming one of the largest producers of rice in the entire country.
Verani draws inspiration from the land and how it was transformed and made prosperous. A legacy of bountiful harvests. Staring out into a field that is ripe for the harvest, Verani celebrates a generation of work through a development built for rest.
Verani is bright and breathable, an exclusive community in the heart of urbanized Cabanatuan City. A modern home for a new generation of Novo Ecijanos.

Dubbed as “The Avenue”, the masterplan is a fairly straightforward organization of the site, where the center of narrow yet deep plot is a tree-lined linear park that stretches from the entry all the way to the end of the property, culminating at the amenity area, where the clubhouse, function rooms, swimming pool, and a community garden are located.
Around the linear park is a one way loop, flanked by 3-storey single attached homes whose designs slightly vary from each other, yet are all tied together In a visually coherent manner.

Naming
The name Verani is rooted in two words: ver, the Spanish word for look, and ani the Filipino word for harvest. Verani literally means to gaze at one’s harvest. It is also a play on the Spanish word “verano” for summer. It is also a nod to Vergara Highway, the development location, which emphasizes pride of place.

A home for growth and flourishing
For younger families, Verani is a home for building a foundation. Access to the city’s main commercial center, a sense of security and privacy, as well as an exclusive community are great environments for raising well-rounded families.building is meant to provide a halfway home for office workers in the immediate vicinity, eliminating the need for them to go through hours of grueling traffic to and from their homes, effectively freeing up more of their time for other personal pursuits that contribute to a more balanced lifestyle and well being.
A home to savor your legacy
