Seashell-inspired elliptical shapes were used as floor plates of the buildings. Inserted between these plates are diamond-shaped floor plans fully glazed with clear glass that make the elliptical floor plates seem to hover from each other. The angling of the diamond plan coupled with the glass also provide uninterrupted views of the white sand beachfront, the ocean, the sunset, and the grand view corridor that dominates the central part of the property.’

The arrangement, massing, and angling of the buildings all work together to create pockets of intimate moments that are meant to progressivley reveal views of the beach, skies, and sea.

The seashell-inspired elliptical floor plates not only give a strong experiential character, but also cantilever outwards to create deep overhangs that project shade and shadow over the full-height glass fenestrations, affording views to the central corridor and pool, as well as to the famous Boracay beach. These plates also function as terraces that acts as a negotiator between interior and exterior space.

The buildings decrease in height progressively as they approach the beach front (4,2,1) ending as a one-storey villa at the forefront of the development, relating to the human scale at the beach, sea, and horizon
